We adore your little ones, but our wedding weekend will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you will enjoy the occasion as a night away with us.
Our wedding weekend calls for formal attire. Specific dress notes for each celebration can be found alongside the event details. For our Welcome Party, we invite you to embrace rich berry hues and brilliant color. For the Wedding Mass and Reception, black tie is requested.
Your presence in Washington to celebrate with us is the greatest gift. For those who have asked, our registry can be found [here].
You are welcome to make your home anywhere in Washington for the weekend. For those wishing to stay in the heart of the capital, we have reserved a room block at the Waldorf Astoria Washington DC. We are also especially fond of Georgetown and encourage you to explore our Washington guide for more of our favorite corners of the city. Once the Waldorf books out, we will provide another room block accomodation option for those interested.Â
Because our celebrations take place throughout central Washington, we recommend leaving the car behind. There will be transporation fromthe Waldorf, the Hay Adams, and the J.W. Marriott. Anyone can get on these shuttles at these pickup spots to the church. Transportation will be provided following the Wedding Mass at St. Patrick’s, taking guests directly to the Andrew W. Mellon Auditorium for the evening’s celebrations. Additional transportation details will be shared closer to the weekend.
